It is my belief that people are inherently good and happy. Sometimes patterns develop which interrupt this connection. I work with clients to develop awareness around these patterns and then step into their full potential.
I use various modalities, grounded in Gestalt theory, to work with clients & help them live more balanced and fulfilled lives, free from suffering. Including meditative practice, dream analysis and narrative therapy.
